Harbor Link Bridge
A cable-stayed road bridge connecting the port district to the new coastal ring road.
The Challenge
Construction had to take place above an active port access road and rail line, in a marine environment with strong winds and high corrosion exposure.
Our Solution
Balanced-cantilever construction removed the need for temporary supports over live traffic, while high-durability concrete and a monitored corrosion-protection system secure a 100-year design life.
